Six Weeks. One Beat

The Beatmaking Kurriculum is a six week course designed for aspiring producers who want to build a strong foundation in music production. Through six structured sessions, you’ll develop practical skills, create your first original beat and gain the confidence to continue creating independently.

  • Become familiar with Logic Pro X, signal flow, recording, routing and essential tools you’ll use throughout the Kurriculum

  • Discover how to find, edit and use samples in Logic Pro X

  • Build the rhythmic foundation of your beat by exploring groove, timing and drum programming.

  • Learn how melodies are built and create your own.

  • Learn the purpose and characteristics of each part of a song while arranging your beat into a complete musical composition

  • Apply everything you’ve learned to complete, refine and present your first original beat.

Each week builds upon the last as you develop one beat from start to finish.
